Young and mischievous Reddy Fox has been stealing chickens from Farmer Brown‘s boy, and now he and Granny Fox must outsmart him so they do not get caught. Along the way, Reddy encounters many of author Thornton W. Burgess‘ other beloved characters, like Drummer the Woodpecker and Peter Rabbit. And he learns many valuable lessons like the importance of sympathy and kindness, and the danger of showing off all the time.
